Désactive ton antivirus pendant le scan
Puis poste le rapport généré

Aucun antivirus n'est en activité sur votre PC.

Traces de 2 antivirus d'installés = problèmes de stabilités.

Des traces de McAfee.
Aller dans Tout les programmes --> Panneau de config. --> Ajout/Suppression des programmes
Et si tel est le cas, enlever les modules restant de McAFee.

Téléchargez installer l'outil de suppression de McAfee à partir de :
http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe
Double-cliquez sur MCPR.exe pour exécuter l'outil de suppression.

À vous de décidez, mais vous pourriez aussi désinstaller Avast, pour le remplacer
par l'antivirus AVG 8 free qui inclus un antispyware !
(ok, peut-être en anglais, mais après l'avoir installé, reste plus grand chose à faire, peut-être 4-5 mots en anglais à apprendre)

À par peut-être l'inconvéniant des fenêtres "Lost".
Aucune infection dans votre rapport, vous devriez préciser sur le(s) comportement(s) de votre PC qui vous sembles anormaux.

Relancer HijackThis, appuyer sur [Do a system scan only], cocher (à gauche) toutes les lignes suivantes et appuyer sur [Fix Checked] pour les supprimer.
